1950s / 1960s Retro Formica Topped Kitchen Cabinet / Sideboard

This is a very unusual and somewhat rare piece of retro furniture that dates back to the 1950's / 1960's. Suitable for either a kitchen, dining room or even lounge. It has a very nice base section with ample storage space with twin sliding doors to the front, with a shelf inside. This part also has a pull out cutlery drawer which is lined in a felt material.

There is also a single slide aside door to the right which also contains a shelf inside with a decorative front panel to the top. There are solid brass,'bullet' style supports which hold the matching top section. This section has twin sliding central doors which front a good size storage area. Both the base and top sections are covered with typical period Formica in a blue with black patterning on it. Unusually this pattern is continued to the front and sides of the whole piece with a matching material covering. Overall this is in a nice used condition for its age with fairly minimal marks on it. There are 2 marks that show the most which are both on the right hand base section front sliding door however, these become hardly noticeable over time I believe. The whole piece stands on nicely shaped pine or teak legs which have minimal signs of wear on them. It is in a sturdy condition and would certainly be a statement piece that would also be a talking point in any home. All deliveries are carried out within a 10 day period. Collection in person is also acceptable.
