The chair has a solid English elm seat with beech backs, spindles and legs. The well constructed solid elm seat is inset beneath with angled tapering legs which provide perfect support, and matching H pattern stretchers help to bolster the chairs structural rigidity.

Some of the chairs retain the blue and gold Ercol label. The chair is in very good (original) vintage condition with some minor marks commensurate with age and use. It is free of any damage, repairs or wear to joints.

The chairs are sturdy with no loose joints or spindles and no separation to the elm seat. It has been cleaned and waxed. We use a very reliable professional furniture courier to deliver across the UK.
