4 Vintage Cesca Dining Chairs, Marcel Breuer, Made in Italy, Retro, Chrome, Cane

  

These are a great set of four vintage "Cesca" chairs designed by Marcel Breuer in the 1930`s but popularised by Habitat in the 1960`s and 70`s. They have tubular metal cantilever frames with chromed finish and beech seat and back rests with woven split cane. This set are actually two slightly different pairs but both are genuine Cesca chairs made in Italy and stamped underneath. The chairs are all sound and in good vintage condition with mainly light wear. There are various small scuffs and a couple of small marks to the wood, also slight colour variation to the cane work a few broken canes to one seat.

The chrome has some tarnishing in places. Please see pictures for details and ask if you have any concerns.

There may be some areas we cannot cover also. He works alone so would require assistance with heavy or bulky items, also please make arrangements for extra help if you have several flights of stairs or an awkward entrance. It is your responsibility to ensure the item will fit through any entrance. You are welcome to arrange your own courier too but if the item requires wrapping we would need to charge for the materials and time.
