It is not fixed down. Lower Section: A solid pine sideboard base with three primary top drawers and two side cupboards flanking a central "dog kennel" opening-a traditional feature originally intended for a dog bed or large kitchen items. Material & Finish: Constructed from solid pine with a natural, warm waxed finish that highlights the wood's grain and knots. There are'dusty' white marks, possibly water stains, which you can see in the pictures, particularly on the backing of the bottom shelf and the'dog kennel' part.
