Step straight into a 1970s kitchen-this bold orange bread box features a classic mushroom motif in avocado green and gold, capturing the playful, earthy style of the era. This one's got serious 1970s kitchen swagger-like it expects a fondue pot and a wood-paneled basement nearby.

This is a vintage enameled metal bread box / storage bin, most likely 1970s (early-mid). Interior: Bare steel (now showing oxidation/rust spotting). Lid: Hinged, same enamel finish (bright orange).

Design: Classic mod mushroom / floral motif in orange, avocado green, and yellow. Vent holes: Those small holes on the back are intentional-bread boxes need airflow to prevent mold. That mushroom pattern is very much in line with Scandinavian-inspired and Japanese export kitchenware from the era. These were often made in Japan or Hong Kong for export to the U.

Sometimes unbranded or with faint base marks. Graphics are bright and intact (this is huge). Lid and hinge present and working well. Small dent to one corner (see finger point pic).
