Vintage Extending Dining Table - Teak Veneer Mid Century Kitchen - Retro MCM. A vintage extending dining table with clean tapering legs and a simple mid-century design. Ideal for use as a kitchen or dining table, it extends easily to provide additional seating when required while maintaining a compact footprint when closed. Constructed from teak veneer over a composite top with a solid wood frame and tapering legs.

The table features a pull-out extension mechanism with a concealed centre leaf, allowing it to extend from a rectangular top to a larger dining surface. Likely dating from the 1960s to 1970s. Unsure of the exact age, but more than happy to help with any further questions.

In well used vintage condition. Showing age and use with surface scratches, scuffs and general finish wear throughout. The top has various marks, scratches and a few stains / cup and heat marks from regular use, together with some wear to the edges. The legs have knocks and scuffs consistent with age. The extension mechanism operates smoothly, the centre leaf stores neatly beneath the top, and the table remains solid and sturdy.

Would benefit from a good clean and polish, or ideal for refinishing. We have tried to capture all of these in the photos as best as possible, so please study these as a good indication of cosmetic condition. Top Open: 1515mm x 800mm. Top Closed: 1130mm x 800mm.
