Attractive set of 6 original vintage French enamel graduated kitchen storage jars. Each jar is grey with two white stripes, gold highlights, and white lettering describing the contents of the jar. Likely to date from the 1940s/1950s? Great set of decorative kitchen storage. Dimensions: Sucre (Sugar) 14cm tall x 12.5cm wide. Farine (Flour) 13.2cm x 11.5cm. Cafe (Coffee) 12cm x 10.5cm. Pates (Pasta) 11cm x 9.5cm. Chicoree (Chicory) 10cm x 8.5cm. Poivre (Pepper) 9.3cm x 7.5cm. The heights exclude the lids.

Signs of wear, rust stains and minor chips here and there, to be expected with enamel items of this age. The coffee jar shows the most signs of wear.

The top white band has a number of small vertical hairline cracks. Please look closely at my photos as they form part of the description.
