Vintage Tantalus Cabinet with Drawer and Tray, see description

  
This is a vintage Tantalus with lockable doors which engage with the lid to keep it closed. It contains 2 cut glass decanters (damaged, see photos), has a drawer with three compartments, perhaps used for a pair of tumblers or cards and dice. The Tantalus has a pad to the inside of the lid to protect the decanters and brass handles to the sides and to the drawer. It also contains a small tray for serving the drinks once poured. The Tantalus does have some signs of age, see photos, and the lid is slightly warped meaning it does not engage properly with the catches on the doors. Otherwise the Tantalus is in reasonably good condition and a good candidate for restoration. All proceeds from this sale go directly to Claire House Children's Hospice.

A bulky item for collection, all items are to be posted to you and we cannot arrange collection. How Long will it take to post my item? We do not always have access to our office 5 days a week. We try to dispatch items at least three days a week.
