VINTAGE ERCOL WINDSOR 2 DOOR BOOKCASE DISPLAY CABINET. I think that it made from Solid Elm. It is all in Great Condition, it looks to have come from extremely house-proud previous owners. All of the joints are in Good, Firm, and Sound condition, and both of the dovetailed jointed drawers go in and out smoothly. It is all made to dismantle for transportation. It is made in two pieces which screw together. The bottom part has two drawers, one of which is fitted with cutlery divisions, below these is a two door cupboard that is fitted with an adjustable and removable shelf. The top section has two doors with bevelled glass, behind which are three Plate Glass shelves which are fronted with Elm Moulding. The finish is a Blonde Wood Colour, which is in lovely condition. Showroom Condition to my eyes.

It measures 36" (91cm) wide, and 64" (162cm) high. The base is 27" (69cm) high and 17.5" (44cm) deep, the top section is 36.5" (94cm) high and is 12" (30cm) deep. I have looked all over this Desk and I can find no trace of woodworm. Or any other nasty beasts come to that. This is an antique second-hand piece of furniture and will obviously have signs of wear, so have a good look at the photos, but don't be put off!
