THERE ARE VARIOUS SIGNS OF WEAR, COMMENSURATE WITH THE AGE. IT IS IN NEED OF SOME REFURBISHMENT. THERE IS FADING TO THE PAINT, IT NEEDS TO BE REPAINTED. THERE ARE SOME MARKS AND SCRATCHES TO THE WOOD. THE HINGES ON THE DROP DOWN DOOR NEED TO BE REPLACED, PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.
