Vintage Kitchen Larder Cupboard Linen Closet Pantry 1943 Sage Green Wooden

  

This sale is for a vintage kitchen larder cupboard / linen closet made in 1943. The cupboard is made from wood and has been stamped on the back with G & S. 1943 GRVI with a crown logo next to it so it was made in 1943 in the reign of King George VI and is nearly 80 years old.

The cupboard has been painted on the outside in a lovely sage green colour and has a chalk white paint on the inside. This cupboard would be a great larder cupboard for a kitchen or as a linen closet or just for general storage in any room.

This is an old cupboard so does have signs of wear and age which I think adds to the charm. It has been painted and waxed so please see the close up photos for condition of the item as it is not perfect due to the age of it. The cupboard did have some old woodworm holes when I got it but it has been sprayed twice before painting.
