PEL Taper Tube Furniture tapered leg tripod tubular Chairs x 3 and 1 Stool

  

Pel (Practical Equipment Limited PEL) tapered leg chairs / stools which where made in smaller numbers, and aimed towards the domestic and canteen market in the 1950's. Advertisement shown in the pictures is taken from the Design magazine dated June 1959 which details these as TC31 chair (with back) and TC2 stool (without back). There are two chairs and stool have been used on a daily basis in my family's kitchen, I have added the white covered chair to these to make these a more sale-able set. There are three chairs with backs and one stool without a back in total. Each chair/stool have been used over many years leaving a unique appearance of various marks scratches, worn paint and rust.

Colour's are as shown in the images, ideal for an industrial styling, or for a restoration project. Made with tubular steel for the legs and structure, with plywood for the seats and backs.
